inconvenient parking rude staff
the parking system caused me significant trouble. i followed the signs for parking, but i received a ticket. the manager said it was my fault, which i found frustrating. also, i encountered a staff member who was rude and unhelpful, which really soured my experience.

The room was large. Not a bad size at all. For a hotel room anyway
I found the price for an airport hotel excessive. Compared to other places i have stayed around the world. The room seemed tired. With scrapes. Cracks and tired looking tiles in the bathroom. Not exactly what i wanted

I found the direct access from the terminals very convenient. The skybridge made the walk easy. The hotel offered a shuttle, though I didn't need it due to the close proximity. The bed provided a good night sleep.
The breakfast venue opening time seemed late for a hotel near airport.

decent stay for a layover
direct walkway easy connection attentive staff long wait poor service food voucher
the hotel has a direct walkway to terminal a. it made my connection very easy (a definite plus when you have an early flight). the room was clean. the staff at the front desk was attentive.
i waited a long time for the shuttle. it should come every fifteen minutes, but i waited for forty-five minutes. the desk clerk was not apologetic. i was given a food voucher, but it did not compensate for the poor service.

convenient airport access
direct connection helpful staff
the hotel is directly connected to the airport via skywalk (i found the signs easy to follow). the staff quickly stored my skis and boot bags upon arrival. the 24-hour shuttle service is available within minutes for airport pickup.
the elevator noise was quite noticeable in my room. i could feel vibrations in the walls, a real annoyance.

the fitness room has a variety of equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel offers a skywalk providing direct access to airport terminals, it is very convenient. concierge services are available.
